Building Analysis

Our company will prepare evaluations of new and existing facilities, recommending changes in light of technological advances. We will assist in shop layout, work station locations and prepare a readiness review report. We will assist in selection of shop equipment and prepare a report on equipment inventory.

Data Management

B.Neil Consulting will review your drawings and information packages, specifications and data to determine completeness of documentation and work feasibility. We will draft your pre and post check sheets and test procedure documentation for the Missile, Jet Vane Control and Launch Canister. We will provide assistance for recovery and inputting of historical maintenance data. We will compile reports and investigate the performance and failures of the Vertical Launch Seasparrow Missile and will prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all aspects of the missile system.

Technical Consulting

We will provide technical support services for testing of the missile, Jet Vane Control and Launch Canister and make recommendations to the client on the replacement of defective missile and launch canister components. We will also prepare reports on the performance and failures of the missile and canister. We will investigate faults and assist in repairs to assemblies, sub assemblies, harnesses and integrated units of the weapon's system.

In addition we will fault investigate, repair and calibrate specialized missile/canister test equipment. We will advise and assist in repair procedures for the launch canister and set up pre and post inspection criteria. We can provide assistance in the development of jigs and test fixtures and support equipment for the missile system.

We will furnish technical assistance to ships personnel during initial loading and unloading trials and supply training on corrosion prevention and repair and painting and touch up procedures.

Production Assessment

B. NEIL CONSULTING can make observations and draft a production assessment of work flow procedures to increase productivity. In addition, we will assess personnel work methods and practices and liaise between the client and other Government Agencies and Corporations to immediately resolve maintenance problems.

Preventive Maintenance Tasks

We are able to establish and identify preventive maintenance tasks for all missile maintenance equipment and systems using the most current technical resources available and we can prepare calibration schedules for specialized missile test equipment.

Training

B. NEIL CONSULTING can provide the development and presentation of training material and arrange on-the-job training (OJT) for shop personnel in such areas as missile and canister maintenance, loading and unloading procedures, jet vane control and canister testing.

Quality Control / Quality Assurance

We will provide quality control and quality assurance recommendations for checking and inspecting work in progress to ensure acceptable quality levels upon completion.

Parts and Material and Support Tools

B. NEIL CONSULTING will research parts and materials and make recommendations to the client on the acquisition and replenishment of consumable and non-consumable materials. We will identify missile system spare parts and ensure they meet current specifications.

We can identify and recommend the development of all tools, jigs and fixtures required for missile and canister repairs in a maintenance facility.

Safety Consulting

We will identify and resolve shop safety problems and provide on-the-job training for shop personnel.
